How To Use
- To apply Blue Heaven Bling eyeshadow, mix the matte and metallic shades for show stopping looks.
- Take the lightest matte shadow shade you want to apply on the applicator. Apply it on the inner crease of the eyelid and under your eyebrows.
- Take the metallic color and gently pat it across your eyelids.
- Take a darker matte shade and blend it out from the crease upwards. Use short, slow brush strokes on the eyelid.
